Iittala Kastehelmi vase 154 mm, clear

Iittala’s Kastehelmi vase is part of the popular glass collection designed by Oiva Toikka. Decorated with strings of glass bubbles, the Kastehelmi vase makes a distinctive centerpiece for your table settings or a lovely decorative item on a windowsill or side table.

The Kastehelmi collection came about in 1964, when Oiva Toikka explored ways to conceal joint marks in pressed glass. The result was a design featuring rings of delicate glass droplets that resemble dewdrops glistening in morning light. Kastehelmi, Finnish for dewdrop, has since become one of Toikka’s most beloved series of glassware.
