Hem’s Touchwood chair, designed by Norwegian Lars Beller Fjetland, is a straight-forward, functional seat that draws on natural materials and Scandinavian simplicity. The chair comprises slender legs and a clear-lined beech seat that, despite its simple form, boasts a great deal of personality due to the wood grain pattern that gives the chair a natural, calm expression. Touchwood’s light and stackable structure makes it easily adaptable to both private and public use – and not to mention, a great example of Nordic minimalism and functionality.
