HAY Pyramid table 01, 140 x 65 cm, black – lacquered oak

HAY’s Pyramid table, originally designed by Wim Rietveld for Ahrend in the 1950s, was reintroduced in 2017 through a collaboration between HAY and Ahrend. The rectangular Pyramid table 01 is versatile enough to serve as a dining table or a desk.

Featuring angular steel frames and sturdy wooden tops, the Pyramid collection embodied the cutting-edge steel design of the 1950s and has maintained its timeless appeal ever since. Over the decades, these pieces have become familiar fixtures in both public spaces and private homes. The reissued furniture by HAY now uses an eco-friendly water-based lacquer.
